About the Keynote Address

Our 9-1-1 professionals face huge and increasing challenges. Their need for support has never been greater. Yet when the members of your PSAP rally the power of peer support they can fortify their personal resilience, uphold the morale of your teams and maybe even help save a life right in the PSAP! In this keynote address, Jim Marshall will empower conference participants to identify and break through five psychological roadblocks to doing great peer support and help YOU get equipped to create the conditions of safety and trust that peers need to admit struggle and ask for help when it counts the most.
